This is the iPhone controlled Mercedes SLS that enables a smartphone's personal soundtrack to accompany luxury grand tours. A free app allows you to drive the Mercedes while music plays through the iPhone; when the car is stopped, its gulf wing doors open and music is streamed to the car's onboard speakers. The Mercedes can move and flash its lights in tempo with the music for fully synchronized joyrides. Motion-sensing accelerometers in an iPhone allow drivers to accelerate forward or backward and turn the car with simple tilts and pans of the smartphone. The app displays the authentic Mercedes SLS dashboard and steering wheel, complete with the iconic three-pointed star logo on the horn. Drivers can illuminate the car's turn signals, brake lights, headlamps, and interior light with a touch of the iPhone screen. iPhone controls car up to 30' away via Bluetooth. Compatible with iPhone 5, 4S, 4, and 3GS; iPad 3 and 2; and iPod 4th and 3rd generation. Requires iOS 5 or 6. Includes four AA batteries.
