The Futurist's Hand Activated iPhone Speaker.

Evoking a futuristic vision of technological singularity, this is the speaker that allows you to control a docked iPhone with hand gestures. Implying superintelligent off-world design in the form of a sentient atmospheric lifting body, infrared sensors installed on either side of its streamlined, aerodynamic fuselage detect hand movement for increasing or decreasing volume while a third sensor housed in its port side speaker pauses or changes tracks. A fourth sensor in its nose turns the system on or off. Paired with an iPhone via Bluetooth, it delivers robust sound with twin 5-watt tweeter "jet" speakers and a down-firing 10-watt bass-reflex subwoofer. The iPhone Controlled Musical Mercedes SLS.

This is the iPhone controlled Mercedes SLS that enables a smartphone's personal soundtrack to accompany luxury grand tours. A free app allows you to drive the Mercedes while music plays through the iPhone; when the car is stopped, its gulf wing doors open and music is streamed to the car's onboard speakers. The Mercedes can move and flash its lights in tempo with the music for fully synchronized joyrides. Motion-sensing accelerometers in an iPhone allow drivers to accelerate forward or backward and turn the car with simple tilts and pans of the smartphone. The app displays the authentic Mercedes SLS dashboard and steering wheel, complete with the iconic three-pointed star logo on the horn.
