Parrot AR.Drone
Parrot AR.Drone lets you see what the pilot sees.
With its built-in Wi-Fi system, you can control the Parrot AR.Drone using the built-in accelerometer in your iPhone®, iPod touch®, or iPad® device. On-board cameras (one forward facing, one facing down) let you see in realtime what the pilot sees as you complete complex flight maneuvers.
Augmented reality turns the world around you into a video game.
Chase a fighter jet through your house or battle other Parrot AR.Drone copters. Powerful processing lets the AR.Drone integrate computer generated images directly into its realtime streaming video to create an augmented reality gaming environment complete with air-to-air missiles, interactive targeting systems, and fiery explosions.
No ordinary RC helicopter, the Parrot AR.Drone uses military-grade technology for super-stable flight.
This four-rotor quadricopter employs dual ultrasonic altimeters, a three-axis accelerometer, multiple gyroscopes, and an embedded Linux platform to continuously stabilize itself during flight. AR.Drone can even compensate for turbulence caused by wind. In fact, it’s so easy to control, anyone can fly it.
At home indoors or out.
Fly your Parrot AR.Drone anywhere you like. The included indoor hull protects the rotors during tight maneuvering around walls and furniture then removes easily to minimize weight and wind resistance during outdoor flights. Copter is made of carbon fiber and high-resistance plastic. Rechargeable LiPo batteries are included.

The Aeolus Phone
The Aeolus Phone concept by industrial designer Cyrene Quiamco has been created to reduce the burden on the grid and allow users to charge their devices anywhere at any time. The concept uses renewable energy such as wind power and solar power to charge its onboard battery.
The device is equipped with a power generating fan that will capture even the slightest breeze to produce energy. When the wind isn’t blowing, the phone uses onboard solar panels to recharge the battery.
The device features a simple, single color and an energy-efficient LCD screen. The designer claims that the device can be built from renewable materials. The Aeolus can also be attached to a bicycle or on the window of a car with a special tripod to help the fan generate more energy.
Accordion Folding Cook Table
Modular kitchens to fit in your small den! You just think of it and some ingenious designer has already come up with chic design! Undeniably, there are oodles of choices available but we will always welcome the new one, right? Check out the ‘Accordion Folding Cook Table’ by Olga Kalugina. A modular kitchen with sneaky little triangular drawers popping out from the folds of the table, sliding counter tops, ample storage units and its cool design all speak out for the inimitability of the design. Its complimenting color combination just adds to the sumptuousness.
Portable Cardboard Table
This table measures 1.5 metres wide, and is strong enough to draw or cut on. What makes it unusual is that it folds flat enough to be portable, and is made entirely of biodegradable cardboard. Eco-friendly concerns and a clean, robust aesthetic are combined to provide a solution to cramped or 'occasional' working spaces where furniture must be kept to a minimum. The result is both practical and stylish.
This affordable cardboard table (1500 x 1200 x 930 mm) comes with three collapsible drawers, a jute strap moving/storing box, laminated white surface and all parts are replaceable

Solar eclipse-inspired lighting
The “Nissyoku” by from Igendesign is an elegant lamp that draws inspiration from a solar eclipse to glow up your interiors in a unique way. The metal ring in the middle helps you turn ON/OFF the lamp. Integrating two panels fixed with magnets when moved on the concave surface made out of the intersection of the two globes creates a unique ambiance. Through the vacuum forming, the lamp makes use of a 5W high-powered LED in each panel. Hang it like the chandelier, place it on the table or use it as a wall lamp, it actually creates the unique ambiance.
Undersea superyacht
Italian designers Marina Colombo and Sebastian Vida have unveiled the 66.5 meter ‘Undersea Yacht U-101’ concept, conceived as the first superyacht to combine underwater exploration with all the comfort and style of a modern superyacht.
Still at the design stage, this cruise yacht can double up as a submarine. The U-010 Undersea Yacht will showcase a departure from the general notion of a cold and cramped military craft. The yacht is designed as a new and luxurious way to experience life beneath the seas, as stated by the designers.
The new luxury submersible yacht will be equipped with a relaxation parlor, sauna, lounge bar and vast spiral staircase. The interior of the yacht would cover a surface area of more than 700 square meters.
The construction of this pleasure submarine poses a lot of engineering challenges, as it should be built of composites, carbon fiber and aerospace alloys, which will involve enormous cost.

Zeta - EcoSmart Fire
Stylish and striking, the Zeta fireplace is nothing if not original. Designed by John Dimopoulos, director of Geoform, Design & Architects Firm in Sydney. The EcoSmart Zeta fireplace is so-named because of its elliptical shape and pays homage to its Greek ‘origins’.
A clever fusion of timber, leather and stainless steel, the portable Zeta fireplace sits on a brushed or polished stainless steel swivel base. The plywood body of the fire is shaped from a high frequency heated aluminium mold into the perfect elliptical shape. A ventless stainless steel firebox insert is moulded to the internal face of the plywood, and the outer surface is upholstered in leather. The toughened glass screens that sit either side of the fire enhance the stunning visual effect created by the flame.
The Zeta fireplace is available in different leather colours including Ciocolatta, Nero, Ranch Hide and Latte.
Like all other EcoSmart Fireplaces, the Zeta is fueled by denatured ethanol, an environmentally friendly, renewable biofuel.
Plant Powered Living Air Filter
Plants are known to be nature's natural air purifiers for removing airborne contaminants, toxins and other harmful indoor irritants, but it's the 21st century now. I think we could be pushing these potted plant air purification technologies even further!
The cool new Bel-Air - Plant Powered Living Air Filter is a mini mobile greenhouse concept by French designer Mathieu Lehanneur in collaboration with David Edwards of Harvard University. Based on actual NASA research, they invented a truly unique device that draws indoor polluted air in through a fan, into a pyrex pod that houses a potted plant like a gerbera, philodendron, spathiophyllum, pathos or chlorophytum and forces it through the three main natural filters of the leaves, the roots, and the humidity before releasing it back out as purified air. Your regular old decorative house or office plant does this already, but it's capable of handling and processing much more and this unit really helps to accelerate that process along.
It's a cool idea and I really love the futuristic modern design, but I hope in future models they implement solar-powered fans since the plant is going to need sunlight anyways. It's an interesting start and best of all, you'll never need to replace any expensive air filters again!
Ceramic Speaker Modules
Music comes in different form! If you’re wondering why I said this then you gotta check out the cool new Ceramic Speaker Module by Chinese designers, Chi Tat Chiu and Sungchul Yang. These two creative minds have designed the speaker to make the user feel like it’s a salt and pepper container. The unit comprises of five speakers, and a base which works as a woofer and controller. Depending on your choice you can stack em’ together to look like one speaker or place each one individually. You can also rotate each part let the sound spread all over!

Eye Clock
Aye, yi, yi! If you ever feel like getting everything done has you running cross-eyed and crooked, then maybe it's time to let this one-of-a-kind clock put a smile on your face.
Instead of hands, this clock uses two slowly rotating googly eyes to tell time (left for hours and right for minutes). The best part is it seems to feel time the way you do: relieved at lunchtime, cross-eyed all afternoon, and looking for the door when it's quitting time. Designed by Hong Kong-based designer Mike Mak.

Alien Hunt Alarm Clock
Sometimes it can take a lot to wake up. Hey you're tired out from all those late night FPS shooters, WOW sessions, Tweets and Facebook updates. But probably if you were trapped on an alien spacecraft with evil facehuggers plotting to implant alien embryos inside your body to later grow to maturity and burst from your chest... waking up would be easy. The Alien Hunt Alarm Clock tries to simulate these conditions in an effort to rouse you so you can get to work and not lose your job.
The greenish egg on the top of this clock may look innocent until it's time to wake up. When the alarm goes off a alien pops out of the egg with flashing red eyes and beings laughing evilly at you. Pick up the included laser pistol from your bedside table and blast the Alien into oblivion to shut it up. Hopefully by this time the adrenaline generated from possible alien extermination has roused you sufficiently to get in the shower.

Credit Card Lightbulb
It's mighty dark in your wallet, a perfect haven for wallet grues. These spawn of old text adventures wreak havoc by de-magnetizing your credit card strips and making that $10 bill you're sure was in there... disappear with out a trace. Largely unknown, the wallet grue is responsible for billions of dollars in losses every year from unsuspecting wallet users.
Now you can banish those pesky grues and impress your friends with the Credit Card Lightbulb.
This unusual card looks like a flat incandescent bulb, but push the bulb vertical and it unexpectedly lights up. The rest of the card serves as a stand. Store one in your wallet or purse and ward off those deadly grue attacks.
- Small lightbulb folds flat for storing your wallet
- Flip up for light
- Same size as a credit card, but a bit thicker
- Batteries included
LED Faucet Lights
Tired of that same old monotonous water? Bored with water that doesn't look like futuristic alien mouthwash? Need to make your midnight bathroom appointments more exhilarating? Then you need to get the LED faucet light. You can turn any faucet in your home into a streaming fantasia of techie-bliss in just minutes. How does it work? Just attach to the end of your faucet (universal adapters included), and when the water flows through the magic chamber, it simply turns on the LED array and illuminates the stream with soothingly powerful hues.
But wait, there's more! Not only does your water light up, but the color light changes with the water's temperature. When the water is cold, you see BLUE LED's until the water temperature hits 89 degrees after which the LEDs turn RED (now with a brushed chrome finish)!
